Sweet 16s · New Jersey & New York
A night built entirely around the guest of honor — your music run personally by DJ Reymo, owner of Timeless DJ Productions.
A Sweet 16 is a harder room than a wedding. The crowd is younger, the energy shifts fast, and the difference between a packed dance floor and forty kids on their phones comes down to reading the room in real time.
I’m Rey Morales — DJ Reymo — owner of Timeless DJ Productions, and I am the DJ on the night. I run Sweet 16s across Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, and Union counties and into New York City. I cue the formal moments — the grand entrance, the court introductions, the candle lighting, the father-daughter dance — and then I turn the room into a party.
Parents get a say too. Explicit tracks, content filters, and a do-not-play list are all set with me in advance, so nothing plays that you have not signed off on.

Her introduction, staged and cued exactly how she wants it, with the song she picked.
Chambelanes, damas, or a mix — announced as pairs, individually, or as a group.
All sixteen candles, each with its own song cue if you want them individual.
Line dances, best-dancer competitions, freeze dance, trivia about the birthday girl — or none of it if she would rather just dance.
Moving heads and effect lighting that make the floor feel like a club, not a banquet hall.
LED wall, cold sparklers, CO2, dancing on clouds, and photo-moment setups on request.
The prep matters more here than anywhere. Teenagers know within two songs whether the DJ knows what he is doing, and they will not politely wait it out.
We send a detailed Sweet 16 intake form after booking — venue details, court order, candle assignments, timeline, must-plays, do-not-plays, and the MC style you want.
Most run four to five hours, usually six to eleven or seven to midnight. Coverage is quoted by the hour, and overtime is available if the venue allows it.
Yes. Sixteen candles, and each can have its own song if you want them individual. The intake form has a slot for every candle so we know exactly who is being called up and what plays.
Yes. You set the content rules before the event — clean versions only, specific artists blocked, or a full do-not-play list. We follow it, including when guests request otherwise.
If she wants them. Some birthday girls love line dances and competitions, others find them embarrassing. We ask on the intake form and follow her lead.
Yes. Announcements can run in English, Spanish, or alternate between both. A dedicated bilingual MC is available as a separate add-on.
Dance floor lighting is standard on most packages. Uplighting, LED wall, cold sparklers, and cloud effects are add-ons, subject to what your venue permits.
