Galas, holiday parties, product launches, and conferences — your music and production run personally by DJ Reymo, owner of Timeless DJ Productions.
Corporate work has different failure modes than social events. Nobody remembers a great corporate DJ, but everyone remembers a microphone that cut out during the CEO’s remarks or a playlist that made half the room uncomfortable. That risk is exactly why I do not hand corporate bookings off.
I’m Rey Morales — DJ Reymo — owner of Timeless DJ Productions. On corporate events I am the DJ on site, not a name on a proposal who sends someone else. You deal with one person from the first call through load-out, and the person who built your run of show is the person running it from the booth.
I cover nonprofit galas, company holiday parties, product launches, conference receptions, and brand activations across North Jersey and New York City. Full liability coverage, and I issue certificates of insurance naming your venue and your organization as additional insured, with primary and non-contributory language and waiver of subrogation where your contract requires it.

Wireless handhelds and lavaliers with backups. Sound checked before doors, not during the program.
Walk-on and walk-off music, award cues, and video playback timed to your run of show.
Background music at a level that lets people actually network. Separate zones where the space needs it.
When the program ends, the party starts — read to the room, not to a template.
Uplighting, stage wash, and LED wall for branded content, sponsor logos, or presentation support.
Certificate of insurance issued to your venue and organization ahead of the event. W-9 available on request.
Corporate bookings usually involve more people than a wedding — a planner, a venue contact, an AV lead, and someone in finance who needs paperwork. I am set up for that.
For events needing full production — staging, large-format sound, LED wall, or effects — I bring in a dedicated production partner and quote the whole thing as one package, so you are still managing one vendor and one point of contact.
Yes. We carry a two million dollar aggregate policy and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue and organization as additional insured, with primary and non-contributory language and waiver of subrogation where your contract requires it.

Yes. Content standards are set in advance. Clean versions only is the default for corporate work unless you tell us otherwise.
Two to three months is comfortable for a standard corporate event. Larger productions with staging and LED benefit from more. Short-notice dates are worth asking about.
